"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been with State Farm for over 5 years. They harassed me while I was mourning the death of a loved one even after I told them so. They couldn't even spell my name correctly. I will never recommend this office. They claim that they care for you but when you really need it, they won't. Also while they can bundle and save you money, the overall cost is still higher than other insurances for the same coverage. Not worth it if you aren't even treated with respect."
