"I have been with State Farm since 1999 and my family even longer than that. They insured my first vehicle and now my home. Through decades they have been consistent. Excellent service and quick response. They always go out of their way to help any time I have needed anything. "Since 2014, Mina and Craig have been more than just our insurance agents—they’ve become like family. Their commitment to customer service is truly rare, and over the years, Mina’s expertise has saved us a substantial amount of money. Even when StateFarm dropped home insurance, she went above and beyond to find us an alternative solution. What truly set them apart, though, was Mina’s support during a recent accident when our car was totaled. Expecting a nightmare of paperwork and phone calls between two insurance companies, I braced for the worst. But Mina made the entire process effortless. She guided us through every step, connected us directly with StateFarm’s headquarters, and removed all the uncertainties from what could have been an incredibly stressful experience. "I have been a part of the State Farm family since I was 16! My entire family has entrusted Craig and his team for many years! Mina is a blessing and helps out in anyway she can. "Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been with State Farm for over 5 years. They harassed me while I was mourning the death of a loved one even after I told them so. They couldn't even spell my name correctly. I will never recommend this office. They claim that they care for you but when you really need it, they won't. Also while they can bundle and save you money, the overall cost is still higher than other insurances for the same coverage. Not worth it if you aren't even treated with respect."
